These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the p8999 online entertainment platform, accessible at p8999.cam (the "Platform", "Site", "we", "us", "our"). p8999 operates as an international online entertainment platform offering sports betting, live casino games and digital gaming products to registered adult users.
By completing the registration process, accessing the Site, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service provided on p8999, you ("User", "Player", "you") confirm that you:

The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and related provincial legislation govern gambling activities in Pakistan. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users based in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining whether their use of this Platform is lawful under applicable local law.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
Registration and use of p8999 is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum legal age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or the User's local law. p8999 takes underage gambling seriously and may request proof of age at any point.
It is the User's responsibility to verify that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in their jurisdiction. p8999 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. Users based in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and must assess their own legal position independently.
Users must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Persons acting under the influence of substances, under legal disability, or otherwise incapable of entering into contracts are not permitted to use the Services.
Individuals who have voluntarily registered for self-exclusion with p8999 or any linked responsible-gambling programme are not permitted to register or maintain an Account. If a self-excluded individual manages to register, they must inform p8999 support immediately.
Each User may hold only one Account on p8999. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. p8999 staff will never request your full password via any channel. You must notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. p8999 is not liable for losses arising from a User's failure to maintain account security.
p8999 may require identity verification at any stage, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or as part of routine AML compliance. Pakistani users will typically be required to provide a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, and potentially a proof of address. Documents must be authentic and unaltered. Submitting falsified documents will result in immediate account closure.
Accounts may be denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) or another supported currency as specified in the cashier at the time of registration. Once an account currency is set, it cannot be changed without operator approval.
p8999 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed in the cashier section at the time of use. Methods may include bank transfer, mobile wallet references and other channels familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, or accounts at HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — subject to operator terms and provider acceptance. p8999 does not claim that these providers endorse gambling or support this operator.
Minimum deposit amounts are as specified in the cashier at the time of transaction. Amounts are denominated in the account currency (e.g., PKR). p8999 reserves the right to adjust minimum thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits must be made from payment methods owned and controlled by the registered Account holder. Deposits from third-party sources are prohibited. Funds received from unverified sources may be held pending investigation.
p8999 does not typically charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Users are responsible for any such third-party charges.
Withdrawals are available to Users who have completed KYC verification, have no outstanding bonus wagering requirements applicable to their balance, and are in good standing under these Terms. p8999 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds checks prior to releasing withdrawals.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected, the User's account verification status, the withdrawal amount and compliance review requirements. No guaranteed processing times are stated — times presented elsewhere on the Site are estimates only. Bank transfers, e-wallets and instant-payment rails each carry different inherent processing windows.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as specified in the cashier. p8999 may impose additional limits at its discretion for compliance, fraud-prevention or risk-management purposes.
Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to operator discretion and method availability.

Bonus funds are typically subject to a wagering requirement (a multiplier applied to the bonus amount or deposit-plus-bonus) before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. p8999 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its discretion, including where: there is a suspicion of match-fixing or event manipulation; there has been a manifest error in odds pricing; the User has exceeded applicable bet limits; or the wager was placed after an event's scheduled start time where in-play betting is not offered.
Where a wager is accepted due to an obvious pricing error (manifest error), p8999 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake. Winnings arising from manifest errors will not be paid.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to additional rules including connection-dependent acceptance and the possibility that odds or markets are suspended or voided due to in-game events. Users accept the inherent latency risks associated with live betting.
Specific rules for cricket markets — including PSL matches, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and domestic Pakistan cricket fixtures — are published in the sports betting rules section of the Platform. Results are determined by the official governing body's declared outcome.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p8999, its directors, employees, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for:

p8999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Where an Account is closed due to breach of Terms, any funds associated with fraudulent or bonus-abuse activity may be forfeited. Legitimate balances will be returned via a process determined by p8999 at its reasonable discretion.
In the event of a dispute regarding a wager outcome, account transaction, or promotion, Users should first contact p8999 support with full details of the issue. Our support team will acknowledge the complaint and provide a substantive response within a reasonable timeframe (generally 5–10 business days for complex cases).
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support, Users may escalate to the dispute resolution process available through the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Details of available escalation routes are provided in the Platform's help documentation.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits the rights available to consumers under the mandatory laws of their own jurisdiction.
For Users in Pakistan: these Terms do not constitute a submission to Pakistani jurisdiction, nor do they imply that p8999 is regulated by any Pakistani authority. Users must comply with applicable Pakistani law independently.
p8999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the Platform, email notification, or prominent site notice at least 7 days prior to taking effect where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
